So yeah, I am certain it is a driver issue.Īlso as another thing to prove the graphics card isn't at fault, during my issue I was able to run high graphics games perfectly fine without causing the errors.

I would say it was a hardware issue but I am able to use the basic driver and still use 1920x1080 resolution to watch 1080p videos which was the main thing that caused crashes before. The I tried swapping out my RAM and regardless of RAM the problem still happened. I tried plenty of different hardware tests and a graphics strain test which proved there to be no issue with the actual hardware. I was advised to post in this topic after having had a week long forum post in the BSOD section where " axe0" and I managed to narrow it down to being a driver issue. So far I have tried using 15.7, 15.7.1, 15.8 beta and I have even tried just using the driver that Windows will install for my graphics card and all of these cause the errors I mentioned before. I updated to Windows 10 to see if this would resolve my error but it still persisted exactly as it did before. The issue first came about when updating to 15.7.1 back when I was on Windows 7. My graphics card is a Sapphire R9 280x and so I use AMD Catalyst Drivers. The issue appeared a month ago and it has took me up until yesterday to single it down to be a driver issue and not some kind of hardware fault. "Install Parallels Tools." in the Action menu is greyed out and under Dev Settings it is checked to automatically update the tools. I checked to make sure parallels tools has been installed, which I believe it has.

The screen resolution is stuck at 1024x768 (dropdown greyed out) and Microsoft Basic Display Drivers comes up for the video card (AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048 MB).
Just upgraded to Parallels Desktop 11 Pro and installed Windows 10 Home edition.
